Terms of Use

FPG HomeBase is an organizational record-keeping service provided by Florida Property Group.

Not an inspection or certification

FPG HomeBase is not a home inspection, repair certification, appraisal, flood determination, insurance document, seller disclosure, code-compliance determination or warranty. A repair shown as completed was marked completed by a homeowner unless a separate FPG reinspection specifically states otherwise.

Automatic information

Imported reports, public records, equipment dates and other automatically recognized information may be incomplete or incorrect. Equipment dates decoded from serial numbers are estimates based on known manufacturer patterns. Verify important information with original documents, the manufacturer or an appropriate professional.

Maintenance reminders

In-app and optional email reminders are offered for convenience and are not guaranteed to be delivered. Do not rely on FPG HomeBase for emergencies, safety deadlines, legal obligations or insurance compliance.

Recommended contractors

The directory is a convenience, not a contractor marketplace, repair warranty or guarantee of future work. Contractors are independent from FPG HomeBase unless a listing clearly discloses another relationship. Homeowners initiate all contact and should confirm current licensing, insurance, scope, availability and pricing before hiring anyone. FPG HomeBase does not submit quote requests or give contractors access to homeowner accounts or property records.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of homeowner-entered information, maintaining access to your account, uploading only content you have the right to store and choosing what to share. Do not upload malware, unlawful content or records belonging to an unrelated property. Download a complete portable backup before relying on HomeBase as the only copy of an irreplaceable document.

Home Passport sharing

Passport links are bearer links: anyone with an active link can view the selected information until it expires or is revoked. Review the selected privacy options before creating a link.

Ownership transfers

A pending transfer does not change ownership. When the recipient signs in with the invited email and accepts, the entire FPG HomeBase property profile moves to that recipient, including its documents, equipment, maintenance history, finishes, inspection information and other property records. The former owner immediately loses access, existing household access is revoked and active Home Passport links stop working. Review the profile and remove personal documents or information before starting a transfer. FPG HomeBase does not provide an automatic undo after acceptance; the new owner would need to transfer the property back.

Backups and deletion

Portable backups and encrypted disaster-recovery copies are safeguards, not a guarantee against every loss. Recovery is subject to ownership and integrity checks. An old backup will not be used to reclaim a HomeBase after an accepted ownership transfer. Account deletion becomes irreversible after FPG begins permanent removal from the live database, file storage and sign-in provider.

Service availability

Features may change, fail or be temporarily unavailable. FPG may limit storage or access to protect homeowners and the service.
