How can we help?
FPG HomeBase helps Florida Property Group clients organize important property records in one place.
Common questions
Why did an inspection item look different from my report?
FPG HomeBase organizes text it can recognize. Keep the original PDF as the controlling record and edit, dismiss or add notes to the homeowner task as needed.
Does “completed” mean FPG verified the repair?
No. It means a homeowner marked it completed unless a separate FPG reinspection record specifically says otherwise.
Where does property information come from?
Address suggestions use Google Maps when available, with Esri as a fallback. Property facts come from supported county GIS and property-appraiser records. FPG HomeBase does not import Zillow data.
Can another household member help maintain the records?
Yes. The owner can invite an editor or read-only viewer from Account Settings. The invited person must sign in with the exact invited email and accept.
What happens when I transfer a property to a new owner?
Nothing moves until the invited person signs in with the exact invited email and accepts. After acceptance, the property profile, documents, equipment, maintenance history, finishes and inspection information move to the new owner. The former owner and household members lose access, and existing Home Passport links are revoked. Remove personal documents or information before starting a transfer.
Can I cancel or undo an ownership transfer?
You can cancel a pending transfer before it is accepted. After acceptance, there is no automatic undo because the recipient is now the owner; that owner would need to transfer the property back.
How do I remove buyer access?
For a Home Passport link, open Home Passport, find the active link and select Revoke. Expired and revoked links no longer open the shared record. If you sent an ownership-transfer invitation, cancel it before the recipient accepts.
How do I export or delete my account?
Open Account Settings. You can immediately download a structured data export, submit a deletion request or cancel a pending request.
